School District Negligence

A five-year-old girl sustained second degree burns to the face at school, which was caused by excessively hot mashed potatoes. The school’s employees made matters worse by not calling 911 after the injury happened. We won the girl’s family $70,000 in our negligence case against the school district.

Food Poisoning

A popular supermarket chain sold fish that had become tainted somewhere between the manufacturer and arrival at the store.  According to the board of health, at least 50 people had reported illness. My client became violently ill and collapsed, knocking out two front teeth.  We reached a settlement prior to filing suit.

Client was injured in an automobile accident which took place in an intersection. There were no witnesses, and there was a dispute as to who was at fault. Settlement was recovered prior to trial, and after a prior attorney dropped the case for having no value.
